1. Who we are

This online store, tinsletime.com, is operated by TinsleTime, Slavonska avenija 1c, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("we", "us"). You can contact us at spacegrooveproducts@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on tinsletime.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

3. Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or finish may occur. Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Prices for EU customers include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Your order and the contract

Product listings are an invitation to order. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you our order confirmation. If an item is unavailable, we'll tell you and refund any payment for it.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days. How to return items and get a refund is described in our Refund policy.

8. Guarantee for faulty goods

You have the statutory 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. Contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund the item.

9. Liability

We are liable under the applicable law for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Please follow the safety instructions provided with electrical and decorative products.

10. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. You can also contact your national consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centre network.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring claims in the courts of your country.
