Shipping cost
Standard shipping is €2 per order, and free on orders of €50 or more. You see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
All EU countries, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United States.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch
- United States: usually 10–20 business days after dispatch
Our products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, which may be in the EU or outside it. Some orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Ordering for Christmas
To give your order the best chance of arriving before 24 December, we recommend ordering by:
- 1 December for the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
- 20 November for the United States
These dates are a guide, not a guarantee, as carriers are busiest in December.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices for EU customers include VAT. For orders to the United States and Norway, local import taxes or duties may apply and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email us at spacegrooveproducts@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
