Delivery costs

Where we deliver

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Ordering for Christmas

December is the busiest time of year for carriers. To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by 1 December for Europe and by 25 November for destinations outside Europe.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered within the EU are free of customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority on arrival; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
