1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and to discontinue products at any time. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated times are set out on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected.

7. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We may update the information on this site at any time without notice.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
